Refunds, Exchanges and Returns Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds – First Steps

You have 30 days from the date of purchase with which to contact us in regards to a return or exchange of an item.

Do not send items to us without first contacting us at info@nextlevelminiatures.com with your order details to set up authorization for your return or exchange. Items returned to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once you have contacted us and your return or exchange has been authorized you have 7 business days (Monday-Friday) with which to send your items back. Items not post-marked within the 7 day window may not be accepted.

Refunds

Items are refunded at the purchased invoice price, not at the current sale price.

Shipping costs are not refundable on returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) and the charges will be returned to your original method of payment.

If it has been 7 business days (Monday-Friday) from our notification of receipt and approval of your return and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nextlevelminiatures.com.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or were received damaged.

Items can only be exchanged for the same item. If the item is no longer available a refund will be offered.

Shipping Returns and Exchanges Back to Us

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs on exchanges will be reimbursed only if sent via USPS Ground. Items being sent back for a refund are not eligible for reimbursement of shipping costs.

You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that are lost or damaged in the mail.

We must receive the returned items in the same condition you received them in for your return or exchange to be approved.
